These Terms govern your use of cypresstalentadvisory.com (the "Site"), operated by Cypress Talent Advisory ("we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is

The Site describes our healthcare executive search, clinical recruiting, and talent advisory services and lets you request a consultation. Information on the Site is general and for business purposes only.

2. No guarantee of results or placement

We do not guarantee that any search will result in a hire, that any candidate will accept an offer, or that any hire will perform or remain employed. Performance figures shown on the Site are self-reported from the founder's prior and current in-house roles at other organizations and do not predict or guarantee results for your engagement.

3. No professional relationship from using the Site

Submitting a consultation request or using the Site does not create an engagement, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship. Services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by us. We do not provide legal, medical, tax, or compliance advice, and nothing on the Site is such advice.

4. Your submissions

You agree that information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. Do not submit patient information or protected health information. You grant us a limited license to use what you submit to respond to you and provide requested services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false or automated requests, attempting to access non-public areas or systems, introducing malware, scraping the Site in a way that burdens it, or using it to harass others or violate any law.

6. Text messages and calls

If you opt in to texts or calls, our SMS Terms also apply.

7. Equal opportunity and fees

We are an equal opportunity firm and do not discriminate on the basis of any protected characteristic. We do not charge candidates fees for our services.

8. Intellectual property

The Site, its text, design, graphics, and media are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may view and share links to the Site for personal and business use. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute its content without permission. Third-party names, marks, and organizations mentioned belong to their owners; mention does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

9. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites such as LinkedIn and RepVera. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County or Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes and contact
